"I came at opening hoping to beat the Saturday rush. I got there at opening and was assigned a chair. Then another chair, then the final chair. They began my pedicure and began soaking my nails to remove the dip powder. Before my nails were fully done soaking I was informed my 1st nail tech had an appointment and a another girl would be doing my nails. Well, she came over and I started looking at colors. Bo, kept coming to ask if everything was okay and I was sure it was as I just wanted to pick a color for my tips. I also asked which pinks they had for the bottom part as all pinks don't abode well with all skin colors. Well, next I know Bo is back over for the 3rd time to tell me someone else will be doing my nails. The second girl was confused on how to do the French dip nails. I learned this from the Nail Tech 3. Why bring me someone who can't do the service I preselected or someone with a scheduled appointment. By this point every one is looking at me. I was embarrassed, confused, and afraid of making a scene. The final nail tech sawed my nails so much on my thumb the skin is exposed and sore. I have large nail beds and she made them extra narrow. When I pointed out to her she told me this is what she was taught in school. The only thing I can do now is wait till they grow out and find a better tech. Not all of the nail techs there are bad. I've been there before and this is the worst I've received. The name on my ticket is Aileen and I was there 2/26/22."

"I went to the new location on 10002 Wurzbach Suite #105. Latha was such a joy to be around. Not only is welcoming, she makes sure you are taken care of to the best of her ability. I waxed nearly my whole body and she was so fast at doing it. Then for the first time I threaded my eyebrows, upper lip and chin and that experience turned out way better than I expected. I also tried the nose wax which I thought was going to be the most painful thing ever but didn't feel a thing the way Latha did it. I definitely will be returning. Thanks Latha for all the new experiences and providing the best service. I will be returning."
