"Update- they called like 3 times to try and fix the problem. While I do appreciate them offering to make this better, I'm not interested in going back. Good customer service, at least. Horrible nails. Asked for a dip manicure. I got a horrible dip and no manicure. He seriously got up and walked off to the next customer when he felt he was done with my nails. The shaping is god awful, too. 0/10 would not recommend"

"Disappointed in their customer service recently. I’ve been here a few times and was unsatisfied with their services my last visit. They took too much off both of my eyebrows and their new system apparently didn’t register my payment even though my account was charged. This lead to their employee calling me multiple times regarding the payment and every time I told her my account WAS charged. I told her I wouldn’t go in to pay again for this reason as I didn’t want to be charged twice. I am definitely not the type of person to not pay for something so I went in to show her the charge was processed on my end only to be quickly dismissed. I would think after being called multiple times while I’m at work she would have taken more time to sort things out if the $10 charge was that important. Regret leaving a tip and I won’t be returning."

"Nice staff, but my hair is Completely uneven. Have come here in the past and usually tip over the normal amount, but don't see myself coming back at all. Had to go to another barber in Smyrna the same day to get this fixed. Don't think I'll return after this experience. In all fairness I asked the barber to shape/trim me up if he was able to. There are so many barbers in this shop, he could have simply said he can't do it and had another barber do me justice."
