"Original post: Dirty and unprofessional. Midway of the first hand I asked her if she didn't think the nails were too thick. She said she would smooth it out. The owner came over and looked and walked off her expression on her face knew this was an AWFUL job. She then proceeds to charge me $65 (which would have been a steal if they were done correctly)! She even took a Facetime call while doing my nails. I wish I had looked at the reviews but in a haste I stopped in before looking. She never placed a towel or anything under my hand before prepping. I allowed her to continue because I felt this place deserved my honest review from beginning to end. I am headed somewhere and hopefully they can repair this awful job. I should have known something when the lady that butchered my nails had her feet kicked up sleep when I walked in. Lesson learned and please use the pictures as a guide. I'm going dip my hands in sanitizer now because I sure didn't get any sanitizing while there. Update: I go back and they agree to do them but for more money. After going back and forth they agree for the guy to redo them for $5 extra. 😒. Okay, anything not to sit with the previous lady. When I get to the register they try the oh it will be $10 due to reshaping. Well if she had done what I asked her for initially there would be no need to reshape. The last picture is my nails redone after 2 hrs. He saved the nails completely. Oh let me add, the lady that did my nails came to the station right beside us and repaired a lady's nails. Once she (nail tech who ruined my nails) was complete she took the womans hand and showed me and said look how nice these are. 🤔. She bashed Eagles Nails (down the street) where the lady had previously gone which was very unprofessional. She wanted me to acknowledge her and get ignorant. My education level and home training would never allow for such uncouthness lol. I am a professional just as the salon owner is. The owner should have immediately addressed her, however, she continued to joke around with her. I will offer customer service training to your employees if it is needed. Just call me and we can discuss my rate (you can guarantee the fee won't change and I will deliver what I quote). The guy gets a 4-rating for repairing them but my original rating stands due to the manager trying to get me to fork over an additional $5 on top of the agreed $5 plus the $65 I had originally paid. Never ever again in this life or the next! LoL. Don't say I didn't warn you!"

I got a pedicure and was very self-conscious about it at 1st, but the staffing and environment was friendly and very professional and helped me with the experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for others man or women to come."
